Donald Ray Robinson, 52, went to be with our Lord and Savior on July 28. Don was born June 13, 1961, in Skulthorpe, England. He was married to Virginia Elwood. Don was preceded in death by his father, Ray Dean Robinson. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, Lou Ann Robinson; one son, Michael Don Robinson and daughter-in-law Rebecca, all of Jacksonville; one sister, Deanne and her husband Ron Milliken, and one brother, Darrel and his wife Pam, also of Jacksonville. He also leaves behind many adoring nieces and nephews, J.D., Farrann, Daniel, Faith, Eben, Matt and his wife Brandi, Stephanie and her husband Jake Benedict, Zachary, Joshua, Kallie,
Bella Grace and little Zac. He graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1979 and received an associate of science degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He was a highly skilled master plumber and a master electrician. There wasnąt anything he couldnąt fix or build. Don was also an avid hunter, fisherman and he loved the outdoors and spending time with his family on the lake during the summer. He was a resident of Jacksonville until 2001, when he moved to Doolittle,Mo.
Visitation was held at Teague and Sons Funeral Home in Newburg, Mo., Sunday evening, Aug. 4. From 5 PM to 7 PM Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5 at the Newburg Christian Church in Newburg. Burial will be at the Newburg Cemetery.
